YCES Tie-Dye Party This Week!!!

Reminder:

 

ALL YCES students will be involved in a tie-dye party Thursday or Friday of this week in celebration of the hard work from our Walk-a-Thon this past fall.  (Please contact your student's teacher if you would like to participate OR are unsure of their tie-dye schedule.)

 

Please send your child’s white Cougar Color Vibe T-Shirt from the Walk-a-Thon to school with them NO LATER than this Thursday morning.  If you are unable to find the Cougar T-shirt or are new to the school since the Walk-a Thon, a plain white t-shirt will work just fine!  

(t-shirts only, no pants, socks, sweatshirts etc …)

 

We want ALL kids to participate - no kids left out - so please help us accomplish 100% participation!  

YCPTO Meeting Tuesday Night

Remember that all teachers, staff, and parents/guardians of YCES students are members of our PTO.

Tomorrow we'll get updates on planning the Art and Science Fair as well as the Carnival.  Come join us even if you're only able to stay for a portion of the meeting.

Time:

5pm  Free Hot Dog Dinner

6pm Opening presentation by YCES and YCIS PTO’s and Principals in the gym.  Parents will then break into smaller groups by grade level for sessions led by teachers.

 

7:30pm Questions and Answers with principals in the library.

 

Childcare will be provided for younger children - please have older children stay home.

 

Please RSVP if you have not done so with your child’s school office ASAP. 

Let us know how many will be attending, which grade level and how many will be eating the FREE hot dog meal.
